Find your Service Tag: This is the most crucial piece of information for registration.
- On your device: Check the sticker on the back of a desktop or the bottom of a laptop for the Service Tag.
- In Windows: Open the SupportAssist application. Your Service Tag will be displayed in the top right corner. If it's not installed, you can download it.

- Create or sign in to your Dell account: You will need a Dell account to register your product.
- Enter your product information: Follow the on-screen instructions and enter your Service Tag.
For products purchased from third-party resellers
If you bought your Dell product from a third-party reseller on Amazon Marketplace, eBay, or a similar site, you must complete an Ownership Transfer instead of a standard registration.

- Submit the transfer form: You will need to provide both the previous owner's and your own details. The previous owner's information is essential for this process.
