Follow these easy steps to submit your RMA request

Download and complete the Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) form.

Step 2
Ensure you have the correct proof of purchase documentation to attach to your request.
Step 3
Please email your completed RMA form and supporting documents to:

You will receive an automated ticket number for your reference within 60 minutes.
Step 5
Your request will be reviewed and processed within 24 - 48 hours.
Step 6
You will receive a confirmed Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number by email once approved.
Step 7
Please print the authorised RMA document you received and return it with the product, in its original packaging, to our Returns Department. Courier and delivery instructions will be provided with your authorisation document.
Additional guidelines for your return request:
- A valid Tarsus Distribution proof of purchase document is required for all returns.

When submitting an RMA request, please make sure to include the Request Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) form and all supporting documentation to enable a smooth post-sale returns procedure.
Supporting documentation: Invoice Number/Tarsus proof of purchase (Including End User Proof of Purchase), product codes, serial number, and images if required. If the product or box is damaged, please include a photo, a description of what's wrong and why you want to return it.
- Return authorisations may take up to 48 hours to be processed, depending on the nature of the request and additional supporting documents required.
- Returns without an approved RMA document may be delayed or rejected. Please confirm that the authorised RMA document corresponds to the physical items returned.
Please ensure that your third-party courier has the approved RMA number when returning /handing over the stock to our Tarsus Returns Department.
