Tips
- Find your serial number: The serial number is usually on a sticker on the product's exterior, such as the back or underside of the device.
- HP Passport: If you had an HP Passport account, it has been replaced by the new HP sign-in experience. Your email and password should work with the new system, though a custom username may not be supported.
