You may return any goods in new, opened, or unopened condition with all original packaging and materials (NB: including all accessories or parts).
To return something, you need to follow the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) process.
You can start the RMA process by contacting the Partner Support Centre: support@tarsus.co.za
Provide the following information in your email to process the RMA:
Invoice Number, Product codes, Serial Number, and images if required. If the product or box is damaged, please include a photo, a description of what's wrong and why you want to return it.
The return request must be reviewed and approved before an RMA reference is provided.
