Yes, the partner is responsible for their own courier costs to return the goods, as we do not facilitate the collection of items/stock, unless for faulty items & based on the circumstances of the request.

Tarsus will collect any faulty items within South Africa that are either approved DOA or CPA units.

If a collection attempt has failed three times, then the collection will be cancelled with our courier, and the partner will be required to return the goods at their own cost.
