Yes, the partner is responsible for their courier costs to return the goods, as we do not facilitate the collection of items/stock, as well as a handling fee. 

There is a stock handling fee of up to 15% for returned goods. Handling fee costs are calculated based on: Date of return, stock condition, sealed or open units, and product type.
