Returns can take 24 to 48 hours to be credited (or replaced) once our returns department has received the physical goods. 

The time it takes for an item/return to get to the returns department will depend on whether you are returning the item by yourself, a third-party courier or if Tarsus (3 to 5 days) is collecting the item/return.
