An email is sent to the email address associated with the TDP profile with a summary of the placed order and the email address you need to send through proof of payment (COD customers) within a few minutes of placing the order on TDP.
You will also receive an email confirmation with your proforma invoice from our ERP, as well as a notification when your order is ready for collection.
Delivery updates can be expected via SMS.
