An order can be cancelled by informing us on TDP Support, submitting a request here, or emailing the order TA number to onlinenotify@tarsus.co.za. Please share more details and the reason for the intent to cancel the order.
If an order has already left our warehouse, the end user or partner must reject the delivery and inform us on TDP Support, submitting a request here or emailing the order TA number to onlinenotify@tarsus.co.za. Please share more details and why the order was rejected on the email/request.
