How to see when something is in/out of stock:

The green dot on each product tile indicates the in-stock status; it is sold out if a product does not have a green dot.

Alternatively, click the ‘Check stock’ option next to ‘Add to cart’ on the product tile or page to see exactly how many we have in stock or when new stock will arrive.

Why is something out of stock:

Items may just be sold out recently, be out of stock for a long time, be 'end of life', or our brand teams have decided not to keep run-rate stock in the warehouse of that specific item. 

The Tarsus Distribution Portal is integrated into various systems and is updated regularly. We take great care to ensure all the stocking information on TDP is as accurate and up-to-date as possible.

If you'd like a quote for something out of stock, you could request to place a backorder /request a special order; you can email contact@tarsus.co.za or sales@tarsus.co.za to contact the offline sales teams. Backorders take up to 6 weeks to arrive.
