Please take note of the following important dates and times for sales, deliveries, support, returns, collections and more for South Africa and SADC during the festive season.
Sales and deliveries
We will accept orders until 15:00 on 23 December 2025 (South Africa, Botswana in-country, and Namibia in-country only).
Delivery will occur the following week (excluding public holidays).
All orders received after this time will only be processed when we reopen on 5 January 2026.
Online orders via the Tarsus Distribution Portal (TDP)
During our closure period, no online orders can be placed or processed. However, as usual, you can still access our portal to view all products, documents, and other related self-service areas.
All COD partners must ensure that payments reflect in our bank account before 13:00pm Tuesday, 23 December 2025.
Online orders will be accepted until 13:00pm on 23 December 2025 for delivery the following week (excluding public holidays). No orders will be released after this time. Online purchasing will reopen at 8:00am Monday, 05 January 2026.
Collections
For our Gauteng partners, kindly ensure that all collection orders are placed by 15:00pm and collected before 17:00pm on 23 December 2025.
Orders placed after the cut-off will only be attended to when we reopen on the 5th of January 2025.
To ensure you receive and deliver your stock to your customers timeously, please place your orders two to three days before our winding-down period.
Partner Support Centre
Partners who need to return goods for claims processing or warranty submissions must ensure that all requests are submitted by Friday, 05 December 2025, so that we can attend to them timeously before our closure date, which is on the 23rd of December 2025.
Any claims logged after 17:00pm on the 05 December 2025 will be attended to when we reopen at 8:00am on Monday, 05 January 2026.

Returns

Please note the last invoice dates for our SADC partners to allow for timely shipments. Please ensure your orders are placed before these dates to ensure transit time.
