We’ve upgraded our old chat functionality to an advanced ‘TDP Support’ option on TDP, in the bottom right-hand corner. We’ve also upgraded our traditional FAQs to a ‘TDP Help Hub’ powered by one of the world’s leading customer support platforms. This tool will help us scale our online order support, backing TDP’s future growth.
TDP Support is powered by an 'answer bot' called 'TDP AmazeBot.' This bot assists our partners in finding solutions to their queries by suggesting helpful HelpHub articles; partners can also submit a request on the support pop-up for more complex issues.

When interacting with TDP Support and the AmazeBot, partners have access to valuable information about TDP, including its operations, processes, and instructions for performing specific tasks, enabling partners to become more self-sufficient and empowered.
