Once your collection order has been processed, you will receive a “Ready for collection” email notification with the collection details of your order. Please ensure this is presented when collecting.

When collecting:

Please remember to bring proof of identification, a copy of the email stating the order is ready for collection, the order number and the reference number used. 

Collections Timelines: 

Orders can be collected from 8am until 5pm (Monday to Friday) 

There is a daily cut-off time of 16:30pm for all orders released to the Collections Department.

• Orders released to the Collections Department before 16:30pm can be collected before 5pm on the same business day.

• Orders released after 16:30 can only be collected on the next business day.
