How do I know if something is a CPO/demo/unboxed product?
1. Look out for the product name containing 'CPO' at the front,
2. a blue badge on the product,
3. the #D1 / #D2 / #D3 / #D4 in the SKU code,
4. and additional mention of CPO/the grading/condition etc., in the product description/spec.

The pre-owned product journey
1> Opened/unboxed or demo stock taken back under one year of opening the box.
2> These units are then taken to our service centre for refurbishment, cleaning and testing as part of the 'quality CPO assessment'.
3> Once it passes our comprehensive assessment, the product is repackaged and sealed neatly and ready to ship.
Demo unit inspection policy:
There is a seven-day inspection period from the delivery date, during which you can inspect the unit and test its functionality. If you are not satisfied, you can;
- Return the unit for a full refund
- Swap it for another demo unit of the same spec and similar value (subject to availability)
- Partners need to notify us within the seven working day period to initiate the return or swap process

CPO/Unboxed products are delivered from our CPO warehouse. Your order will be split when ordering CPO products with standard new items on the same online order. CPO products will be delivered on an additional document and potentially a separate delivery.

Inspection and Return Policy

Inspection Period: Customers have a seven-day inspection period from the delivery date to test and inspect the unit.

- Notification of return or swap must be made within seven (7) working days.
