You can add an extended/additional warranty to most devices. Here's how:

Find the correct warranty:

Please download the respective brand pricelist. Navigate to "My Tools" and click "Pricelists" to view everything.

You can search for the model or series type of the device you are looking for under the warranties page/sheet of the price list.

The warranty page/sheet will show the compatible warranties/ warranty extensions for your particular device. 

Submit a request:

Once you have placed an order for the required device and are ready to order the extended warranty, please submit a request here, or email the TDP operations team at onlinenotify@tarsus.co.za with a detailed request. 

Please include this information in your request:

• The WEB order number/order TA number.
• SKU code of the device bought.
• The SKU code for the warranty you'd like to purchase. 

The TDP operations team will let you know if they need more information and the next steps. 

Note: COD partners must send through your proof of payment to complete the order process.
