Partners should receive their ESD activation codes/keys relatively quickly. However, COD partners may need to wait 1-3 hours after receiving their order confirmations for us to allocate and confirm cash payments.

For COD Customers, ESD products/keys will only be released once payment has been confirmed for your online order. Orders placed on weekends will only be processed the following Monday.

ESD orders placed outside of business hours, after 8 pm, will only be released at 5 am the next business day. This will potentially cause a delay in the electronic delivery of your activation keys.

You can find your keys delivered via email or in your Digital Locker via 'My Tools'.
