Once the purchase has been completed, an email containing the product keys to the email address used to place the order will be sent.

If you do not see your ESD order confirmation email, please log into the Tarsus Distribution Portal and navigate to “My Tools”, then “Digital Locker”. You'll need to confirm your login credentials. Once logged in, you may view purchases and relevant information, e.g., product keys and media downloads.

If you do not see your ESD order/product keys in the Digital Locker, please submit a request here or email esd@tarsus.co.za. Please include the email address used to place the order, the WEB order number, and a screenshot of the Digital Locker for speedy assistance.
