If you forgot your password, you will be required to change it.
Click on the “Forgot password?” button on the log-in page:
If the email address is registered and recognised, an email will be sent to the email address associated with the account with an OTP. This email's subject line is 'You requested a password reset'.
You'll enter the OTP, as well as a new password, and submit.
Next, click on 'Continue', and you will be redirected to the login page, and required to log in with your new password.
