This would not be possible to send OTPs to a cell phone due to security possibly being compromised when someone resigns from your company.

Email addresses and access to them should be managed well within your company to ensure safety and access to the TDP accounts.

You cannot change the email address your OTP gets sent to; you may only register a new profile.
