Please make sure you have registered for access first.
To register, navigate to portal.tarsusdistribution.co.za and click “Request access to TDP”. You need to be a registered Tarsus Distribution reseller partner with a valid account number (TAxxxxxxxxx) to register a profile on TDP.
If you’ve already registered, please make sure the primary contact at your company has
approved the request.
If you're not receiving your OTP:
Please check for the following subject line in your entire mailbox, including junk mail: “Your login security one-time pin (OTP).” If the search doesn’t yield results, please check with your IT department if the mail with this subject line is being black-listed or blocked and unblock or ‘whitelist’ or allow this email address: no-reply@tarsusonline.co.za
*Remember, you must have access to the email address to receive OTPs. If this still doesn’t
work, please submit a request here.
