COD partners can pay for their online orders either via Bank EFT, and send their proof of payment to onlinenotify@tarsus.co.za
COD partners may also complete their online purchases using credit, debit cards, or Instant EFT through PayFast, a secure, mobile-optimised payment gateway. Read the support article here

Things to remember:
- Traditional electronic/internet transfer: All COD orders less than R50 000 will be released on receipt of proof of payment.
- Orders above R50 000 – the funds must first clear and reflect on the bank statement or account before we may release the stock, unless immediate payment clearance has been requested by the partner, when the payment was made.
- Orders not paid for within 48 hours are cancelled.
- Remember to use the Tarsus order number as the 'reference' and not your Tarsus account number.
