If you see 'Inactive' next to the account you'd like to use to place the order, your account could be in an 'overdue' state, require payment, are no longer available to use, or have an interest-bearing penalty outstanding.

- Please make sure your account is in good standing/paid timeously.
- Check your statements for more information, or contact your creditor to check on your account status.
- If you have made payment, check back after an hour to give our systems time to sync with each other.
- Log out and back in before checking.
