You can now quickly access delivery expectations through our new ‘Delivery timelines’ feature, available right on the Tarsus Distribution Portal.
Where to Find It:
From the Main Menu:

Navigate to the ‘Support’ drop-down in the top navigation bar.

Click on ‘Delivery Timelines’ to view detailed service level agreements (SLAs).
On Product Pages:

On every product listing, just below the ‘In Stock’ and pricing area, you’ll find a link to view ‘Delivery Timelines’.

Clicking this link will take you directly to the Partner Support Centre article where all delivery SLAs are clearly outlined.
