With our online WebQuote generator, you can create quotes for your business or professional custom-branded quotes for your customers in minutes. Download and send to your customers to get business rolling in, or convert your quote to a cart for free, fast, direct-to-end-user delivery once your clients accept. The pricing on the quotes is valid until midnight every day. 

Getting started with WebQuotes:

Add the required items to your cart, update quantities as needed, and during the checkout process, instead of proceeding with payment, use the 'Get quote' or 'Build customer quote' buttons to build your quote. 

Once you've created it, your quote will be emailed to you. You can view or download custom quotes from the quotes dashboard, which is accessible from the drop-down next to your name in the top right corner. From here, you can view all previous quotes created or convert your quote to an order and continue processing the order as usual. 

Or create your customer WebQuote:

When you create custom quotes for your clients, select 'Build customer quote' during checkout, give your quote a name or reference you can easily find later, and then start customising. 

Upload your company logo, add a percentage markup to your products, add your 'sales rep' contact information, and update or add company details, address, and your company banking information to help you convert your order to a sale efficiently. All details are optional, not stored, and entirely private for you. 

In the next step, you'll add your customer's information. Under 'Additional information,' you can also add instructions or terms and conditions. Then, you're ready to create your quote. From the quotes dashboard, you can download it and send it to your end user or convert it to an order.
