You must return any goods in new, unopened condition with all original packaging and materials (NB: including all accessories or parts).
To return something, you need an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) confirmation from the online team/TDP Operations Administrator: onlinenotify@tarsus.co.za.
Step 1: Send an email to onlinenotify@tarsus.co.za
Step 2: Provide the following information in your email to process the RMA:
Invoice Number, Product codes, Serial Number, and images if required. If the product or box is damaged, please include a photo, a description of what's wrong and why you want to return it.
Step 3: The return request must be reviewed before an RMA is provided.
