COD partners can pay for their orders either via Bank EFT, and proof of payment must be sent to onlinenotify@tarsus.co.za.

COD partners may also complete purchases using credit, debit cards, or Instant EFT through PayFast, a secure, mobile-optimised payment gateway. Read the support article here

Things to remember: 

• Traditional electronic/internet transfer: All COD orders less than R50 000 will be released on receipt of proof of payment.
• Orders above R50 000 must first clear and reflect on the bank statement or account before we may release the stock unless immediate payment clearance has been requested.
• Orders not paid for within 48 hours are cancelled.
• Remember to use the Tarsus order number as the 'reference' and not your Tarsus account number.
